I get so excited when I have information I want to share that I try and get it all out there in one go. But I know that you have more going on in your life than waiting to see what I have to say 🙂

However, one area that is close to my heart is fatloss – I struggled being overweight in the past, and I have seen first-hand the impact this can have on people’s (especially women’s) confidence and feelings of self-worth.

And I KNOW that losing weight is not the bee-all and end-all, and we need to feel comfortable with our bodies regardless.

However, I have found that taking control over habits you are unhappy with is the most rewarding part of all for my clients.
