This year, Carrie Small Plate is going to gather a group of fantastic women from all around the country to take part in the Women’s Mini Marathon in Dublin on June 5th, 2017!

Join us on our Facebook group, where I will be posting walking and jogging tips, training plans, nutrition information and more to help you prepare for this fantastic event.


We will also co-ordinate transport from the various locations and make sure we all get there, and get home, safely after what I PROMISE you will be a fantastic day.

We will also be fundraising for a chosen charity (of course, this is NOT mandatory as I know people may want to fundraise themselves, or don’t feel comfortable with this – so no obligation). More on this to follow in the coming weeks…
