Catherine was our “star member” in the last Getting Back To You program, losing an amazing 10 INCHES of bodyfat over 6 weeks.

The HIIT workouts were a revelation for me. I had always walked or swam when I exercised so interval training was brand new to me. I was a bit daunted when I saw that we would be doing HIIT exercises but Carrie’s approach was to make sure they were not high-impact.

I really enjoyed the time-flexibility offered by the Getting Back To You program. I like to get my exercise out of the way early in the morning, so having the workouts available at any time was perfect for me.

The Getting Back To You program was really good value for money too. Cheaper and more effective than 6 weeks membership in my local gym – I managed to lose more than 10 inches in those 6 weeks so I am delighted 😀

The Smash It program was such a varied program, I didn’t get bored which was often a problem for me in the past.

The HIIT workouts were new to me and I really enjoyed them…and every workout could be done at home, or on the road. (no gym needed!)

I found the program really good in that it really kicked started me into regular exercise and having a more healthy diet.
